Thank you for shopping with RenoHub Limited. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returned items must be suitable for resale. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, fitted, installed, damaged, cut, altered, or used, unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as RenoHub Limited cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable, except where required by law or where the item supplied was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@renohub.ie.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or collection, depending on the circumstances.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened flooring packs
- Installed or partly installed flooring
- Opened underlay rolls
- Cut, altered, or made-to-measure items
- Special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Items damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, or installation
- Gift cards
These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty or where your legal rights provide otherwise.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@renohub.ie.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return the item in line with this return policy.
