Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how RenoHub Limited handles delivery, collection, shipping charges, delivery times and damaged or missing goods.
By placing an order on renohub.ie, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Delivery Areas
RenoHub Limited delivers to selected areas within the Republic of Ireland.
Available delivery options, delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Some bulky, heavy, fragile or palletised items may only be available for delivery to certain locations. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Product type
- Order size
- Product weight
- Product dimensions
- Courier or pallet delivery requirements
- Promotional offers
Where free delivery is advertised, it applies only to the specific products, order values, locations or promotions stated.
Free Dublin delivery may be offered on selected products or promotions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, this applies to eligible Dublin delivery addresses only.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times, courier availability, pallet delivery schedules and customer location.
If a product is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you with an update.
RenoHub Limited is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, traffic, weather, incorrect delivery details, access issues, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
Orders placed outside business hours, at weekends or on public holidays may not be processed until the next working day.
If we require additional information to process your order, such as delivery access details or confirmation of product suitability, dispatch may be delayed until the information is received.
5. Bulky, Heavy and Pallet Deliveries
Many RenoHub products, including flooring, underlay, electric fires, panels, doors, trims and pallet quantities, may be bulky, heavy or fragile.
For bulky or pallet deliveries, customers must ensure that:
- The delivery address is accurate
- A contact number is provided
- Someone is available to accept delivery
- There is safe and suitable access for the delivery vehicle
- There is space for unloading
- The delivery location is accessible without obstruction
- Any restrictions are advised before dispatch
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the nearest safe and practical access point. This may be kerbside, driveway, building entrance or another suitable point at the driver’s discretion.
Drivers may not be able to carry goods inside the property, upstairs, through narrow access routes, into specific rooms, or across unsuitable ground.
6. Customer Responsibility for Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable delivery access.
Please advise us before dispatch if there are any access restrictions, including:
- Narrow roads
- Low bridges
- Gated access
- Apartments
- Stairs
- No lift access
- Parking restrictions
- Time restrictions
- Weight restrictions
- Difficult turning areas
- Rural or restricted access routes
If delivery cannot be completed due to unsuitable access, incorrect information, no one being available, or refusal of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails because no one is available, access is unsuitable, the address is incorrect, or the goods are refused without valid reason, the customer may be responsible for:
- Re-delivery charges
- Return delivery charges
- Storage charges
- Courier or pallet carrier charges
We will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Please do not travel to collect an order until we have confirmed that it is ready for collection.
Proof of order, identification, or payment confirmation may be required before goods are released.
9. Inspection on Delivery
Customers should inspect all goods as soon as possible after delivery or collection.
Please check:
- The correct items have been received
- The quantity is correct
- The packaging is intact
- There is no visible damage
- The product appears suitable before opening or installation
If there is visible damage, please note this with the courier where possible and contact us immediately.
Do not install, cut, alter, open fully, or use goods that appear damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unsuitable.
10. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Photos of any visible damage
- Details of any missing items
We may need to inspect the goods, packaging and delivery information before confirming the next step.
Where goods are confirmed as damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights. This may include replacement, repair, refund, collection, or re-delivery, depending on the circumstances.
11. Delivery Delays and Non-Delivery
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Where a delivery date has been agreed and we cannot meet that date, we will contact you to arrange a revised delivery date.
If your order has not arrived within the agreed timeframe, please contact us at sales@renohub.ie so we can investigate.
If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund in line with your statutory rights.
12. Risk in Goods
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered, collected, or received by a person acting on the customer’s behalf.
Customers are responsible for safely storing goods after delivery or collection.
Flooring, underlay, doors, panels and other interior products should be stored in a clean, dry, secure environment and protected from moisture, damage, heat, cold, and direct exposure.
13. Delivery to Apartments and Multi-Unit Buildings
For apartment blocks, offices, commercial buildings or multi-unit developments, delivery may be made to the main entrance, reception, loading area or nearest safe access point.
Customers are responsible for moving goods from that point unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Delivery of Flooring and Interior Products
Flooring and similar products should be checked before installation.
Customers or installers should confirm:
- Correct colour
- Correct quantity
- Correct batch where applicable
- Correct product
- No visible damage
- Product suitability
- Correct underlay or accessories
Do not install flooring or other products if there is a visible issue. Installation may be treated as acceptance of the product where the issue should reasonably have been noticed before fitting.
15. Split Deliveries
Some orders may be delivered in more than one delivery, depending on product availability, supplier dispatch, courier restrictions, or order size.
If your order is being split, we will let you know where possible.
16. Changes to Delivery Details
If you need to change your delivery address or contact details, please contact us immediately at sales@renohub.ie.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional charges may apply if a delivery address is changed after dispatch.
17. Special Orders
Special-order items may have longer delivery times.
Delivery dates for special-order items are estimates and may depend on supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, import times, courier handling and other factors outside our control.
We will keep you updated where possible.
