2. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, or to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website where we believe there has been misuse, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

3. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display product details, colours, dimensions, specifications, prices, and availability accurately.

However, product images, colours, textures, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. This is particularly relevant for flooring, timber-effect products, laminate, underlay, trims, electric fires, wall panels, and other building or interior products.

Measurements, decibel ratings, tog ratings, coverage, compatibility information, and installation details are provided for guidance only. Customers should check product suitability before purchase, including suitability for underfloor heating, room type, subfloor, installation method, and intended use.

Where a product is sold by pack, roll, pallet, or square metre, it is the customer’s responsibility to order sufficient quantity, including any allowance for waste, cuts, pattern matching, or installation requirements.

4. Flooring, Batch Colours and Installation Allowances

Flooring and similar products may vary between production batches. We recommend ordering the full required quantity at the same time to reduce the risk of colour or batch variation.

For flooring installation, customers should allow additional material for waste, cuts, breakages, starter pieces, pattern layout, and future repairs. Herringbone and patterned flooring generally require a higher waste allowance than standard plank flooring.

RenoHub Limited is not responsible for shortages where the customer has measured or ordered the quantity themselves.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

We reserve the right to update prices, offers, delivery charges, product information, and availability at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, collected, or released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a pricing error occurs on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we dispatch the goods, make the goods available for collection, or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There is a pricing or description error
  • Payment has not been received
  • Delivery is not possible
  • We suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse
  • The order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our control

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item or order.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, contact information, and access information. Delivery may be delayed or refused where access is unsafe, unsuitable, restricted, or unavailable.

For bulky or pallet deliveries, customers must ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles and that someone is available to receive the goods.

Unless agreed otherwise, delivery is to the nearest safe and practical access point. Drivers may not be able to carry goods inside a property, upstairs, through narrow access routes, or into specific rooms.

RenoHub Limited is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, traffic, weather, incorrect delivery details, access issues, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Collection

Where collection is available, customers must wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling to collect.

Proof of order, identification, or payment confirmation may be required before goods are released.

9. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer only when payment has been received in full.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered, collected, or received by a person acting on the customer’s behalf.

Customers should inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery or collection.

10. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@renohub.ie.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Any delivery notes or courier information

Do not install, cut, alter, or use goods that appear damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unsuitable. Installation or use may affect our ability to assess the issue.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights. This may include repair, replacement, refund, or collection, depending on the circumstances.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, installed, cut, altered, damaged after delivery, or used, unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Approved returns should be sent to:

RenoHub Limited

Dublin 11
Ireland

Please contact us before returning any goods.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you may have a legal right to cancel certain orders within the applicable cooling-off period.

Certain items may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including made-to-measure, customised, special-order, or personalised goods.

Faulty goods are dealt with separately and your legal rights still apply.

13. Trade and Business Customers

If you purchase from us as a business, trade customer, contractor, company, or for commercial resale or installation, you confirm that you are not purchasing as a consumer.

Business and trade purchases may not benefit from consumer cooling-off rights.

Returns for business or trade customers are at our discretion unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

14. Installation Services and Quotations

Where RenoHub Limited provides installation, construction, survey, or fitting services, these may be subject to a separate quotation, agreement, site survey, scope of works, and payment terms.

Any quotation provided before a site survey is an estimate only and may change following inspection, measurement, access review, specification changes, or discovery of additional works required.

Unless stated in writing, product purchase through the website does not include installation, fitting, removal of existing materials, disposal, preparation works, electrical works, plumbing works, carpentry, decoration, or making good.

15. Customer Measurements and Suitability

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are suitable for their intended purpose.

This includes checking:

  • Measurements
  • Product dimensions
  • Room size
  • Waste allowance
  • Subfloor suitability
  • Underfloor heating compatibility
  • Fire opening dimensions
  • Electrical requirements
  • Installation method
  • Building regulation requirements where applicable

We are not responsible for incorrect orders resulting from customer measurements, assumptions, or failure to check suitability before purchase.

16. Special Orders and Custom Items

Special-order, custom, made-to-measure, cut, altered, or personalised items may not be cancelled or returned once ordered, unless faulty or incorrect.

Where a special order is placed, payment may be required in full before the order is processed.

17. Offers, Discounts and Promotions

Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively unless we agree in writing.

Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

18. Website Accuracy and Availability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully up to date.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the website at any time.

19. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

20. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, website layout, and branding, belongs to RenoHub Limited or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenoHub Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable storage, or failure to follow product instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

22. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include supplier delays, courier delays, weather, strikes, accidents, shortages, transport disruption, system outages, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.

Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ireland, unless your consumer rights provide otherwise.
